| How Does
It Work?
TLC2121 is inactive until it mixes with refrigerant. Once activated,
it seeks out oxygen (which is present at the site of the leak) and bonds
with it forming a chemical weld and seating the leak.
How Large Of A Leak Will It Repair?
TLC2121 will seal leaks in an A/C svstem that can hold a vacuum for
at least 15 minutes. A system that won’t hold 25" of vacuum
on the low side for 15 minutes has a hole that is too large to be sealed
and will need manual repairs.
How Much Do I Use?
One 2 oz. bottle is all that is necessary to seal and condition one
vehicles A/C System.

How Long
Does It Take To Work?
TLC2121 will bond after the A/C system has been run on maximum for
at least 15 minutes to circulate the Super Stop Leak to seal all leaks.
How Long Will It stay in The System?
TLC2121 Super Stop Leak forms a permanent repair when it comes into
contact with oxygen. If there are no leaks in the system, the product
remains in the system as a liquid lubricant.
Can It Be Installed Without An Oil Injector?
Yes, TLC2121 Super Stop Leak may be installed through the manifold
gauges the same way oil is added to the system.

INSTRUCTIONS
Adding TLC 2121 Super
Stop Leak to charged system
• Inspect system for large leaks and
repair as necessary.
• Locate the low side service port.
• Start engine and turn A/C to maximum
• Fill A/C oil injector with 2 oz.TLC2121
A/C Stop Leak and inject through the low side service port just like
you fill refrigerant oil, while recharging the system with R-134a refrigerant.
• Run A/C to maximum for 15 minutes to circulate
TLC 2121 to seal all leaks. NOTE: If
completely recharging the system, substitute 2 oz. of TLC 2121 for 2
oz. of refrigeration oil.
