Would rate it negative stars if that was an option Was regular plastic connectors with heat tube over the top doesn’t seal the connection picture on website was misleading

Bullet terminals are designed as quick connect/disconnect connectors, so the mating point isn't sealed with heat shrink - the heat shrink only secures the terminal to the wire, and the connection is protected by a plastic insulator cover instead. If the cover on yours arrived missing or damaged, that's a defect and we'll replace it. If the design just isn't right for your application, we're happy to refund you.
