Didn’t have a wire in stock didn’t bother to tell me for three weeks until I called then they told me it would be in next week which happened for the next three weeks, then canceled my order and refunded me for the wire without calling. Delayed the project a month.
Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the communication gap on this order. Unfortunately, our supplier failed to inform us that the two items you were waiting on were on backorder. Those items were refunded as soon as we were notified, and we apologize for the impact on your project. This isn't the experience we want to provide, and we'll serve you better next time.
